The removable helmet-compatible hood, fixed powder skirt with an inner hood gaiter, and elasticized cuffs with glove/mitten attachment will keep him protected from the elements. The zippered hand pockets, chest pocket, the pass pocket, and the internal mesh goggle pocket make it easy for him to stay organized and comfortable on the mountain. The Leader jacket has the ROOM TO GROW feature, the sleeves can extend an additional 1 1/2 inches when the stitch is released, so he can wear this jacket for seasons to come.
