Plus the zip and two belt closure are simple enough for them to even do it themselves. And it's designed with wide armholes so their range of motion won't be restricted in or out of the water. A built-in grab handle makes it easy to keep them on the boat or pull them up out of the water after a swim. And the leg loop helps keep the vest from riding up while they're in the water.
