The Never Summer Proto Synthesis Snowboard is built for riders looking for uncompromised performance that they can actually use. That’s why it comes with the Shockwave Profile, because it offers riders seeking more aggressive turn-in the edge hold they need through the Power Grip Sidecut. And it’s reinforced with a Recluse Carbon Web, an advanced laminate that helps the board respond powerfully then unloaded, adding boost to every carve and pop to every air. But don’t assume that means this ride is harsh, the Perforated Rocker Pad lying just under the Durasurf XT 5501 Base is design to smooth out vibration and impact, so whether you’re riding through tracked-out runs or coming down in a bombed-out landing, it’ll have you riding smoother and with the confidence necessary to do it all again.
